Timothy M. Heffley, 56, of Lititz, PA, formerly of the Manheim area, unexpectedly went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at his residence. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Ralph R. Heffley of Manheim and the late Ruth R. Wenger Heffley.
Tim was a longtime member of Calvary Church in Lancaster where he was active with the ABF group. More recently, he was attending Speedwell Heights Brethren in Christ Church in Lititz and was involved with the men's group. He was a 1978 graduate of Manheim Central High School and was employed as a machine operator and packer by Lift-All Company, Inc. in Landisville for 32 years. In his younger years, he was employed by Kreider Farms in egg processing. Tim often exercised at the fitness center at Pleasant View Retirement Community. He enjoyed following Pennsylvania sports teams, especially the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.
In addition to his father, he is survived by two children, Jessica L., wife of Robert W. Adamire, of Ephrata, and Joshua L. Heffley of Lititz; four grandchildren, Sophia and Gavin Adamire and Heather and Chloe Heffley; and two brothers, James R., husband of Susan J. Heffley, of New Providence, and David L., husband of Charlotte A. Heffley, of Manheim.
Services are private. Interment will be in Mastersonville Cemetery, Manheim.
