Rhoda S. Gibble, 89, formerly of Manheim and Mount Gretna, PA, passed to eternity unexpectedly on Sunday morning, May 26, 2013 at Twin Oaks Nursing Home in Campbelltown, PA. Born in Rapho Twp., Lancaster County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Lillian Snyder Gibble. Rhoda was a production worker for RCA for 20 years. Later, she was employed for 20 years by Manheim Auto Auction. She enjoyed the activity of walking throughout the community when she was a resident of Mount Gretna. She is survived by four nieces, Lois G., wife of Emmanuel C. Patel, of New Bloomfield, PA, Geraldine A. Gibble of New Bloomfield, Marian J. Gibble of Elmwood Park, NJ, and Carol E., wife of William E. Earnst, of Shermansdale, PA; a nephew, Mervin H., husband of Marilyn Gibble, of Perkasie, PA; and a sister-in-law, Bettie A. Gibble of Manheim, PA. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Allen and Mervin Gibble. Private interment will be in Chiques Cemetery, Manheim, PA. There will be no public viewing.
