Jo Ann Rhinier, 75, of Lancaster, PA, passed away on Monday evening, November 28, 2016 at Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center in Lititz following a long struggle with dementia. Born in DuBois, PA, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Margaret Mark Nelson. She was the wife of Howard R. Rhinier for 55 years on March 17. Jo Ann was foremost a homemaker, but was also employed in the law offices of Robert Beyers and Robert Beyers, Jr. She was a 1958 graduate of McCaskey High School in Lancaster. She enjoyed spending leisure time in the mountains of Pennsylvania. In addition to her husband, she is survived by four children, Deborah, wife of David Tobolski, of Lititz, Howard W., husband of Sheri Rhinier, James N., husband of Carolyn Rhinier, and Julie Ross, all of Lancaster; six grandchildren; and one great grandson.
