Helen M. Earhart, 92, of Manheim, PA, went home to be with her Lord on Monday afternoon, April 15, 2013 at Bob Fryer & Family Inpatient Center of Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy, PA following a brief decline in health. Born in Maytown, PA, she was the daughter of the late John and Laura Johnstin Farmer. She was the wife of Harry B. Earhart for 72 years last October 5. A homemaker, Mrs. Earhart was a member of Calvary Church in Lancaster, PA. In addition to knitting, crocheting, and making quilts, she enjoyed flower gardening, putting jigsaw puzzles together, and traveling. Earlier, she was an oil paint artist and was a member of the former Artists' Club in Manheim. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, Earline E., wife of Dennis Oberholtzer, of Paradise, PA, John E., husband of Vicki May Earhart, of Louisville, OH, and Nancy E.., wife of Russell White, of Manheim; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, six brothers, and four sisters. Services will be private. There will be no viewing. Interment will be in Manheim Fairview Cemetery, Manheim, PA.
