Chase M. Leber, 15, of Elizabethtown and Lancaster, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday evening, July 13, 2026 due to a genetic health issue. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Carrie E. Farmer, wife of Chad H. Sensenig, of Lancaster and Glenn D. Leber, Jr., husband of Brenda Steffy-Leber, of Elizabethtown.

Chase was a rising 10 ^th grade student of Elizabethtown High School and was involved at the Cornerstone Youth Center. If a machine had wheels and an engine, Chase was interested. Recently he was becoming interested in automobiles and enjoyed attending car shows. In addition to playing basketball, swimming, and skateboarding, Chase loved the challenge of video gaming. He was a ray of light to his friends that were going through hard times and had a way of lifting them up and making them feel better. In addition to being a very caring and compassionate young man, he was also always a jokester and comedian.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Carson D. Farmer of Elizabethtown; paternal grandparents, Glenn D. Leber, Sr. and Marlene (Weaber) Leber, of Manheim; maternal step grandmother, Marylou Sensenig of Mountville; three stepsisters, Stephany Good, Ashley Shepherd, and Nicole Shepherd; a stepbrother, Ethan Barnes of Florida; and uncle, Billy, husband of Theresa Farmer of Michigan; and cousins, Kristen, partner of Amber, Allysen, wife of Owen, Kelsey, wife of Anthony and their daughter Eleni. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Billy and Gail Farmer, and a paternal uncle, Jason Leber.

A public viewing will be held on Thursday evening, July 23, 2026 from 7-9:00 PM at Cornerstone Youth Center, 95 South Wilson Avenue, Elizabethtown, PA 17022.
