Brenda D. Gantz, 85, of Manheim, PA, entered rest on Thursday morning, August 13, 2026 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Paul K. and Dorothy (Ruth) Steely. She was the wife of the late Frank K. Gantz, Sr. for 59 years prior to his passing in 2025.

Brenda was a member of East Fairview Church in Manheim. She was an excellent homemaker and excelled at being a mother to her children. The children of Brenda’s friends also loved her.

Brenda is survived by three children, Lisa A. Gantz of Manheim and her children David Williams and Melissa Hellinger; Frank K. Gantz, Jr. and his son Jason Gantz; and Tammy A. Gantz of Lititz and her children Elizabeth (Chandler) Hummel, Kathryn Eichelberger, and Lindsay Eberly. She is also survived by a great granddaughter, Scarlett Williams; and two siblings, Beverly, wife of Douglas Hamacek, of Red Lion, and Barry Steely of Lititz. In addition to her parents and husband, Brenda was preceded in death by three siblings, Donald “Bud” Steely, Paul Steely, Jr., and Sandra Lefever.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM at Brunnerville Methodist Cemetery, Pine Hill Road, Lititz. There will be no viewing. To express a condolence with the family or for additional information, visit www.spencefuneralservices,com.
