A native of western PA, Bill graduated summa cum laude from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.  Prior to relocating to Elizabethtown in 1994, he was employed by Bence-Mihalcik Funeral Home in Indiana, PA.  In Elizabethtown, he was employed for 11 years as a licensed funeral director by the former Frank S. Miller Funeral Home.  Bill is also a graduate of Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA where he earned a bachelor of science degree in business management.  He is past president of the Rotary Club of Manheim and currently Assistant Governor of Rotary District 7390.

He and his wife, Brenda, are active members of Chiques Church of the Brethren in Manheim where they serve as deacons and church clerk.
