William P Spence Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc. is committed to having our staff challenged to grow personally and professionally through education and enrichment opportunities.  Our firm is a member of the Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association, the Lancaster County Funeral Directors Association, Federated Funeral Directors of America, and the Manheim Chamber of Commerce. 

Currently, Bill Spence is a member of the Lancaster County Funeral Directors Association, Trustee of MCFEE (Manheim Central Foundation for Educational Enrichment), Rotary Club of Manheim, and Assistant Governor of Rotary District 7390 in south central PA.
